തിരുവനന്തപുരം: എരുമേലി വാപുര സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിനെതിരെ ദേവസ്വം മന്ത്രി വി.എൻ.വാസവൻ. വാവരുപള്ളി മതസൗഹാർദ്ദത്തിന്റെ പ്രതീകമാണെന്നും അത് നശിപ്പിക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കില്ലെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസമാണ് വാപുര സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൻ്റെ നിർമ്മാണം തടഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഹൈക്കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് പുറത്ത് വന്നത്. ഹൈക്കോടതി ദേവസ്വം ബെഞ്ചിൻ്റേതാണ് ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവ്. എരുമേലി ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തിന് നിർദ്ദേശത്തെ തുടർന്നാണ് നിർമാണം തടഞ്ഞത്.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗൗരീശപട്ടം സ്വദേശി ജോഷിയുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥയിലുള്ള ഭൂമിയിലാണ് വാപുര സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൻ്റെ നിർമ്മാണം നടക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് നിയമം അനുസരിച്ച്, കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണത്തിന് മതിയായ അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് എരുമേലി പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു. തുടർന്നാണ് ക്ഷേത്ര നിർമാണം ഹൈക്കോടതി ദേവസ്വം ബെഞ്ച് തടഞ്ഞത്.
തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വാപുര സ്വാമിയുടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠാ ചടങ്ങുകൾ ആരംഭിക്കാൻ ഇരിക്കെ ആണ് ഹൈക്കോടതി നടപടി. പഞ്ചായത്ത് നടപടിയെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ആവശ്യമായ സുരക്ഷ നൽകാൻ എരുമേലി പൊലിസിനും ദേവസ്വം ബെഞ്ച് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകി. സ്ഥലത്ത് ക്രമസമാധാന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ എരുമേലി എസ് എച്ച് ഒ ജില്ലാ പൊലീസ് മേധാവിക്ക് റിപ്പോർട്ട് നൽകണമെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
