പോലീസ് ആസ്ഥാനത്തുനിന്നും നല്കിയ നിര്ദേശങ്ങള്
പാലിക്കപ്പെടുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന പോലീസ് മേധാവി ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തണമെന്ന്
കമ്മിഷന് നിര്ദേശിച്ചു. ലോക്കപ്പുകളില് അടിവസ്ത്രം മാത്രം ധരിക്കാന്
അനുവദിക്കുന്നത് മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങളുടേയും മൗലികാവകാശങ്ങളുടെയും ലംഘനമാണെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് സമര്പ്പിച്ച പരാതിയിലാണ് നടപടി. എഡിജിപി
(ക്രമസമാധാനം) യില് നിന്നും കമ്മീഷന് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് വാങ്ങി. പ്രതികളുടെ
മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങളും മൗലികാവകാശങ്ങളും ലംഘിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തി പോലീസ്
സേനാംഗങ്ങളില് നിന്നുമുണ്ടാകരുതെന്ന നിര്ദേശം പോലീസ് ആസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിന്നും
നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിനു വിരുദ്ധമായി
പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചാല് കര്ശനമായ അച്ചടക്കനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്നും
റിപ്പോര്ട്ടില് പറഞ്ഞു.
