അങ്കണവാടി കുട്ടികളുടെ ഭക്ഷണ മെനു പരിഷ്‌കരിച്ചു

അങ്കണവാടിയിൽ ഉപ്പുമാവിന് പകരം ബിരിയാണി വേണമെന്ന ശങ്കുവിന്റെ ആഗ്രഹം സാധിച്ച് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോർജ്. മന്ത്രി മുൻപേ പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം അങ്കണവാടി കുട്ടികൾക്കുള്ള ഭക്ഷണ മെനു വനിത ശിശുവികസന വകുപ്പ് പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ചു. പഞ്ചസാരയുടേയും ഉപ്പിന്റേയും അളവ് കുറച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുടെ ആരോഗ്യം ഉറപ്പാക്കി പോഷക മാനദണ്ഡ പ്രകാരം വളർച്ചയ്ക്ക് സഹായകമായ ഊർജവും പ്രോട്ടീനും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി രുചികരമാക്കിയാണ് ഭക്ഷണ മെനു പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ചത്. അങ്കണവാടി കുട്ടികൾക്കുള്ള പ്രഭാത ഭക്ഷണം, ഉച്ച ഭക്ഷണം, ജനറൽ ഫീഡിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയ അനുപൂരക പോഷകാഹാരമാണ് പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ചത്. ഇതാദ്യമായാണ് ഏകീകൃത ഭക്ഷണ മെനു നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്. പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ നടന്ന അങ്കണവാടി പ്രവേശനോത്സവത്തിന്റെ സംസ്ഥാനതല ഉദ്ഘാടനത്തിലാണ് അങ്കണവാടി കുട്ടികൾക്കുള്ള പരിഷ്‌കരിച്ച ‘മാതൃക ഭക്ഷണ മെനു’ മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോർജ് പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്തത്.

ശങ്കുവിന്റെ വീഡിയോ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെട്ട മന്ത്രി ശങ്കുവിന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം പരിഗണിച്ച് ഭക്ഷണ മെനു പരിശോധിക്കും എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് വനിത ശിശുവികസന വകുപ്പ് വിവിധ തലങ്ങളിൽ യോഗം ചേർന്നാണ് കുട്ടികളുടെ ആരോഗ്യം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്തി ഭക്ഷണ മെനു പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ചത്. മുട്ട ബിരിയാണി, പുലാവ് ഒക്കെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് മെനു ക്രമീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. രണ്ട് ദിവസം വീതം നൽകിയിരുന്ന പാലും മുട്ടയും 3 ദിവസം വീതമാക്കി മാറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ച ഭക്ഷണ മെനു അനുസരിച്ച് ഓരോ ദിവസവും വൈവിധ്യമായ ഭക്ഷണമാണ് നൽകുക. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച പ്രാതലിന് പാൽ, പിടി, കൊഴുക്കട്ട/ഇലയട, ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണമായി ചോറ്, ചെറുപയർ കറി, ഇലക്കറി, ഉപ്പേരി/തോരൻ, പൊതുഭക്ഷണമായി ധാന്യം, പരിപ്പ് പായസം. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച പ്രാതലിന് ന്യൂട്രി ലഡു, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് മുട്ട ബിരിയാണി/മുട്ട പുലാവ്, ഫ്രൂട്ട് കപ്പ്, പൊതുഭക്ഷണമായി റാഗി അട. ബുധനാഴ്ച പ്രാതലിന് പാൽ, പിടി, കൊഴുക്കട്ട/ഇലയട, കടല മിഠായി, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് പയർ കഞ്ഞി, വെജ് കിഴങ്ങ് കൂട്ട് കറി, സോയ ഡ്രൈ ഫ്രൈ, പൊതുഭക്ഷണം ഇഡ്ഢലി, സാമ്പാർ, പുട്ട്, ഗ്രീൻപീസ് കറി. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാവിലെ റാഗി, അരി-അട/ഇലയപ്പം, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ചോറ്, മുളപ്പിച്ച ചെറുപയർ, ചീരത്തോരൻ, സാമ്പാർ, മുട്ട, ഓംലറ്റ്, പൊതുഭക്ഷണമായി അവൽ, ശർക്കര, പഴം മിക്സ്.

വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച പ്രാതലായി പാൽ, കൊഴുക്കട്ട, ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണമായി ചോറ്, ചെറുപയർ കറി, അവിയൽ, ഇലക്കറി, തോരൻ, പൊതുഭക്ഷണമായി ഗോതമ്പ് നുറുക്ക് പുലാവ്. ശനിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ ന്യൂട്രി ലഡു, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് വെജിറ്റബിൾ പുലാവ്, മുട്ട, റൈത്ത, പൊതു ഭക്ഷണമായി ധാന്യ പായസം എന്നിവ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.
