അതിരമ്പുഴയിൽ നടന്ന കലോത്സവത്തിൽ ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനവും ഓവറോൾ ട്രോഫിയും കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ല കരസ്ഥമാക്കി. രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനം കാസർകോട് ജില്ലയും മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനം തൃശൂർ ജില്ലയും നേടി.
സമാപന സമ്മേളന ഉദ്ഘാടനവും ജേതാക്കൾക്കുള്ള സമ്മാനവിതരണവും ജോസ് കെ. മാണി എം.പി നിർവഹിച്ചു. പ്രതികൂല കാലാവസ്ഥയെ തരണം ചെയ്ത് മൂന്ന് ദിവസവും വിജയകരമായി മത്സരയിനങ്ങളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തത് കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ നിശ്ചയദാർഢ്യത്തെ എടുത്തുകാട്ടുന്നുവെന്നു ജോസ് കെ. മാണി എം.പി. പറഞ്ഞു. ഇന്ന് എല്ലാ സാമൂഹ്യ സാംസ്കാരിക മേഖലയിലും സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ശക്തമേറിയ സാന്നിധ്യം ഉണ്ട്. ജീവിത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ കാരണം ഒതുക്കിവെച്ച കഴിവുകളെ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ ആറു വർഷക്കാലമായി സർക്കാർ വേദി ഒരുക്കി എന്നുള്ളത് അഭിമാനമാണ് എന്ന് ജോസ് കെ. മാണി പറഞ്ഞു. ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഹേമലത പ്രേംസാഗർ സമാപനസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു.
