തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന് 6000 കോടി രൂപയുടെ അധികവായ്പയ്‌ക്ക് കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ അനുമതി. ഊർജ മേഖലയിൽ പരിഷ്‌കരണം നടത്തിയ വകയിലാണ് അധികവായ്പയ്‌ക്ക് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചത്. ഇതോടെ ട്രഷറിയിലെ പ്രതിസന്ധിക്ക് താല്‍ക്കാലിക പരിഹാരമാകും.
സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിന്റെ അവസാനത്തിൽ കടുത്ത പണ ഞെരുക്കമാണ് ട്രഷറിയിൽ. ബില്ലുകള്‍ മാറുന്നതടക്കം കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം പ്രതിസന്ധിയിലായിരുന്നു. ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്‌ക്ക് മുകളിലുള്ള ബില്ലുകള്‍ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച പാസാക്കിയിരുന്നില്ല. ഇതിനിടെയാണ് സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ആശ്വാസമായി ആറായിരം കോടിയുടെ അധികവായ്പക്ക് അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചത്. അനുമതി ലഭിച്ചതോടെ റിസർവ് ബാങ്കിൽ കടപത്ര ലേലം നടക്കും. അതിനാല്‍ നാളെയോടെ പണം ട്രഷറിയിലെത്തുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ. ഇതോടെ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷാവസാനത്തെ ചെലവുകള്‍ നടത്താന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിനാകും.
കേന്ദ്രധനകാര്യവകുപ്പുമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മല സീതാരാമനുമായി കേരള ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ രാജേന്ദ്ര വിശ്വനാഥ ആര്‍ലേക്കറും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയനും ദല്‍ഹിയില്‍ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച അനൗദ്യോഗികമായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും കേരളവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ചയില്‍ ചര്‍ച്ചയായെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ഈ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ചയ്‌ക്ക് പിന്നാലെയാണ് 12,000 കോടി രൂപ അധികവായ്പയെടുക്കാന്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് കേന്ദ്രം അനുമതി നല്കിയത്.
