തിരുവനന്തപുരം : അനാവശ്യമായി രോഗികളെ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജുകളിലേക്ക് റഫര്‍ ചെയ്യരുതെന്ന നിര്‍ദേശവുമായി ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ്. ചികിത്സാ സംവിധാനങ്ങളുള്ള താലൂക്ക്, ജില്ലാതല ആശുപത്രികളില്‍ തന്നെ അതത് തലങ്ങളില്‍ നല്‍കേണ്ട ചികിത്സകള്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കണം. രോഗികളുടെ അവസ്ഥ വിലയിരുത്തി ഗുരുതരമാണെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രികളിലേക്ക് റഫര്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ പാടുള്ളൂ എന്നും ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പിന്റെ നിര്‍ദേശത്തില്‍ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്.പ്രാഥമിക ആരോഗ്യ കേന്ദ്രം മുതല്‍ ജില്ലാ ആശുപത്രികളില്‍ വരെ വരുന്ന രോഗികളെ അവിടെത്തന്നെ പരമാവധി ചികിത്സിക്കണം. മതിയായ സൗകര്യമോ ഡോക്ടര്‍മാരോ ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ മാത്രമേ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രികളിലേക്ക് റഫര്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ പാടൂള്ളൂവെന്നും നിര്‍ദേശത്തില്‍ പറയുന്നു. മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജുകളിലെ തിരക്ക് കുറയ്ക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് പുതിയ നിര്‍ദേശം.ഓരോ ആശുപത്രിയുടെയും റഫറല്‍ ലിസ്റ്റ് പരിശോധിച്ച്‌ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്‍ജ് പറഞ്ഞു. എല്ലാ ആശുപത്രികളും സൗകര്യങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ണമായി വിനിയോഗിച്ച്‌ മെഡിക്കല്‍ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രികളിലെ തിരക്ക് കുറയ്ക്കാന്‍ സഹകരിക്കണമെന്നും ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
