കോട്ടയം: അവശ്യസേവന വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്ക് തപാല്‍ വോട്ടു ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവസരം രണ്ടുദിവസം കൂടി മാത്രം. ഏപ്രില്‍ ആറു വരെയാണ് ഇവര്‍ക്ക് തപാല്‍ വോട്ടു ചെയ്യാനാവുക. ഈ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ ജില്ലയില്‍ ഇതുവരെ 1124 പേര്‍(66.80 ശതമാനം) വോട്ട് ചെയ്തു. 1682 വോട്ടുകളാണ് ആകെയുള്ളത്. രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതുമുതല്‍ വൈകുന്നേരം അഞ്ചു വരെയാണ് സമയം.
