വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസുകകളിലോ കളക്ടറേറ്റിന്റെ രണ്ടാം നിലയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന
എ.ഡി.സി (എല്‍.എസജി.ഡി)ഓഫീസിലോ രാവിലെ 10 മുതല്‍ വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചുവരെ അപേക്ഷ
