തിരുവനന്തപുരം :പൊലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും വിരമിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും പരാതികളിൽ പരിഹാരം കാണുന്നതിന് സംസ്ഥാന പോലീസ് മേധാവി റവാഡ ആസാദ് ചന്ദ്ര ശേഖര്‍ ജനുവരി 24 ന് ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ അദാലത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

കേരളാ ആംഡ് പോലീസ് 3, 4, 5,6, സ്പെഷ്യൽ ആംഡ് പോലീസ് എന്നീ യൂണിറ്റുകളിലെ പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പരാതികളാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. പരാതികള്‍ ജനുവരി 12 നകം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

പരാതികള്‍ spctalks.pol@kerala.gov.in എന്ന ഇ-മെയില്‍ വിലാസത്തിലാണ് അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടത്. പരാതിയില്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തണം.

സംശയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 9497900243 എന്ന ഹെൽപ്പ് ലൈൻ നമ്പറിൽ വിളിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

SPC Talks with Cops എന്ന് നാമകരണം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടിയില്‍ സർവ്വീസിൽ ഉള്ളതും വിരമിച്ചതുമായ പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പരാതികളാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.

സംസ്ഥാന പോലീസ് മേധാവി തന്നെ പരാതി കേള്‍ക്കുകയും പരിഹാരം നിര്‍ദേശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ക്ക് മേലധികാരി മുഖേന അല്ലാതെ നേരിട്ടുതന്നെ പരാതി നല്‍കാമെന്നതാണ് പ്രോഗ്രാമിന്‍റെ സവിശേഷത.
