വടകര : സിപിഐ ബ്രാഞ്ച് സെക്രട്ടറിയെ മര്‍ദിച്ച സംഭവത്തില്‍ കോടതി തടവിനുശിക്ഷിച്ച വടകര മുന്‍ ഇന്‍സ്‌പെക്ടര്‍ പി.എം. മനോജിന് ഡിവൈഎസ്പിയായി സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം നല്‍കിയതിനെതിരേ പരാതിക്കാരന്‍ രംഗത്ത്.
കേസ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ തുടരുന്നതിനിടെ സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റംനല്‍കിയത് നിയമവിരുദ്ധവും നീതിന്യായവ്യവസ്ഥയോടുള്ള വെല്ലുവിളിയാണെന്നും പരാതിക്കാരന്‍ രഞ്ജിത്ത് കോണിച്ചേരി പത്രസമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
2012 മാര്‍ച്ച് 25-ന് സഹോദരന്റെപേരിലുള്ള പരാതിയെക്കുറിച്ച് അന്വേഷിക്കാന്‍ വടകര പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിലെത്തിയപ്പോഴാണ് രഞ്ജിത്തിന് മര്‍ദനമേറ്റത്. ഈകേസില്‍ അപ്പീല്‍നല്‍കിയെങ്കിലും കോഴിക്കോട് സെഷന്‍സ് കോടതി ശിക്ഷശരിവെച്ചു. പിന്നീട് മനോജ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയില്‍ റിവ്യൂ പെറ്റീഷന്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചു.
ഈ സംഭവത്തില്‍ അന്നത്തെ എസ്ഐ മനോജിനെയും അഡീഷണല്‍ എസ്ഐ സി.എ. മുഹമ്മദിനെയും വടകര ഒന്നാംക്ലാസ് ജുഡീഷ്യല്‍ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി ഒരുമാസവും ഏഴുദിവസവും വെറുംതടവിന് ശിക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതില്‍ വിധിവരുംമുന്‍പാണ് സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റമെന്ന് രഞ്ജിത്ത് ആരോപിച്ചു.
സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം നല്‍കരുതെന്നുകാണിച്ച് ആഭ്യന്തരവകുപ്പിനും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കും ഡിജിപിക്കും നിവേദനംനല്‍കിയതായും രഞ്ജിത്ത് പറഞ്ഞു.ഭരണഘടന അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന നിയമങ്ങള്‍ പാലിക്കപ്പെടണമെന്നും അത് നടപ്പാക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ബാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്നും അതിന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തയ്യാറാകണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
അന്നത്തെ മര്‍ദനത്തെത്തുടര്‍ന്ന് താന്‍ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നെന്നും വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി കേസിന്റെപുറകെ നടക്കുകയാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
