എരുമേലി: ഇതര സംസ്ഥാനക്കാരായ ധോലക്ക്, ചെണ്ട, മുത്തുമാല വിൽപ്പനക്കാരെ താമസിപ്പിച്ചിടത്ത് മലിനീകരണം രൂക്ഷമായതായി പരാതി. പരിശോധന നടത്തിയ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികൃതർ മുറികൾ വാടകയ്ക്ക് നൽകിയ ഉടമയ്ക്ക് 5000 രൂപ പിഴ ചുമത്തുകയും മാലിന്യങ്ങൾ നീക്കണമെന്ന് നിർദേശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. മലിനീകരണം തുടർന്നാൽ കേസെടുക്കുമെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി പി.എ. മണിയപ്പൻ അറിയിച്ചു.പ്രാഥമിക കൃത്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പടെ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ പരിമിതമായ നിലയിൽ നിരവധിപ്പേരെ താമസിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർക്കെതിരേ കർശന നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു.എരുമേലിയിൽ പാർക്കിംഗ് സ്ഥലത്തെ മാലിന്യങ്ങൾ നീക്കാത്തതിനെതിരേ സ്വകാര്യ പാർക്കിംഗ് ഗ്രൗണ്ടിന്റെ ഉടമയ്ക്ക് 5000 രൂപ പിഴ ചുമത്തിയെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി അറിയിച്ചു.എരുമേലി, മുക്കൂട്ടുതറ, കണമല, കാളകെട്ടി എന്നീ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലെ ഹോട്ടലുകളിലും പൊതുവിപണികളിലും നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനകളില് അമിത വില ഈടാക്കിയ രണ്ട് ഹോട്ടലുകളില്നിന്ന് 10,000 രൂപ പിഴ ഈടാക്കി.ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര് രൂപീകരിച്ച സ്പെഷല് സ്ക്വാഡ് ആണ് പരിശോധന നടത്തിയത്. വിലവിവരപ്പട്ടിക പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കാതിരിക്കുക, വിവിധ ലൈസന്സുകള് എടുക്കാതെയും പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കാതെയുമിരിക്കുക, വൃത്തിഹീനമായ ഇടങ്ങളില് ഭക്ഷണപദാർഥങ്ങള് തയാറാക്കുകയും വിളമ്പുകയും ചെയ്യുക മുതലായ ക്രമക്കേടുകള് കണ്ടെത്തിയ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്ക്കെതിരേ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര്ക്ക് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് നല്കുമെന്ന് പരിശോധനാസംഘം അറിയിച്ചു.താലൂക്ക് സപ്ലൈ ഓഫീസര് ജി. അഭിജിത്തിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനകളില് റവന്യു ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി തഹസില്ദാര് വി.വി. മാത്യൂസ്, ലീഗല് മെട്രോളജി ഇന്സ്പെക്ടര് അനു ഗോപിനാഥ്, ലീഗല് മെട്രോളജി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് മനോജ്, റേഷനിംഗ് ഇന്സ്പെക്ടര് ടി. സയര്, സജീവ് കുമാര്, വര്ഗീസ് എന്നിവര് പങ്കെടുത്തു.വെജിറ്റേറിയന് ഭക്ഷണത്തിന് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വില മാത്രമേ ഈടാക്കാവൂ എന്നും എല്ലാ ഹോട്ടലുകളിലും വിലവിവരം അയ്യപ്പഭക്തര്ക്ക് കാണാവുന്നവിധം പ്രദര്ശിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും താലൂക്ക് സപ്ലെ ഓഫീസര് അറിയിച്ചു. എരുമേലി മുസ്ലിം പള്ളിയുടെയും വലിയമ്പലത്തിന്റെയും സമീപത്ത് സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരാതിപ്പെട്ടികളിലും കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി താലൂക്ക് സപ്ലൈ ഓഫീസിലെ 04828 22543 നമ്പര് ഫോണിലും അയ്യപ്പഭക്തര്ക്ക് പരാതികള് അറിയിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ എംസിഎഫിൽ നാളുകളായി ശേഖരിച്ചുവച്ച പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക്, പാഴ് അജൈവ വസ്തുക്കൾ ആറര ടൺ ലോഡ് കയറ്റി വിട്ടെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് മറിയാമ്മ സണ്ണി അറിയിച്ചു. വേർതിരിച്ചു സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവച്ചിരുന്ന ഇവ ബെയ്ലിംഗ് യൂണിറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ചെറുതാക്കി ക്രമീകരിച്ചാണ് ലോഡാക്കിയത്. എംസിഎഫിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞയിടെ പുതിയ ബെയ്ലിംഗ് യൂണിറ്റ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരുന്നു.അടുത്ത ലോഡ് ഉടനെ കയറ്റിവിടുമെന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത് അധികൃതർ പറഞ്ഞു. കണ്ണൂരിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഇല എന്ന ഏജൻസിയുമായി ഇതിന് കരാർ വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ലോഡ് കയറ്റി വിടുന്നതിലൂടെ പഞ്ചായത്തിന് വരുമാനം ലഭിക്കും. എംസിഎഫിൽ ഇടമില്ലാതെ വൻ തോതിൽ ലെഗസി ഉൾപ്പടെ മാലിന്യങ്ങൾ നിറഞ്ഞത് ഏജൻസിക്ക് കൈമാറാനാണ് തീരുമാനം.
