തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കാലവർഷം എത്തിയതോടെ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 5 ദിവസം അതിതീവ്ര മഴയ്ക്ക് സാധ്യത. വടക്കൻ കേരളത്തിൽ ഇന്ന് ശക്തമായ മഴ ലഭിക്കും. എട്ട് തീരദേശ ജില്ലകളിൽ ജാഗ്രതാ നിർദേശമുണ്ട്. കൊല്ലം, ആലപ്പുഴ, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസർകോട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം തീരത്ത് ദേശീയ സമുദ്ര ഗവേഷണ കേന്ദ്രം ഓറഞ്ച് അലർ‌ട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. റെഡ് സോണിലെ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാര കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ അടച്ചു.

മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസർകോട് ജില്ലകളിൽ ഇന്ന് റെഡ് അലർട്ടാണ്. പത്തനംതിട്ട, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, പാലക്കാട്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലകളിൽ നാളെ റെഡ് അലർട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂർ, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലകളിൽ ഇന്ന് ഓറഞ്ച് അലർട്ടാണ്. കേരള തീരത്ത് ഇന്നും നാളെയും 0.9 മുതൽ 3.8 മീറ്റർ വരെ ഉയരത്തിൽ തിരയ്ക്കു സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. മത്സ്യത്തൊഴിലാളികളും തീരദേശവാസികളും ജാഗ്രത പാലിക്കണം. കേരള, കർണാടക, ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് തീരത്ത് 28 വരെ മത്സ്യബന്ധനത്തിനു വിലക്ക് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തി.
