തിരുവനന്തപുരം: എം പരിവാഹന്‍ ആപ്പിന്റെ പേരില്‍ വ്യാജ ഇ ചലാന്‍ പ്രചരിക്കുന്നതിനെതിരെ മോട്ടോര്‍ വാഹന വകുപ്പിന്റെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. എവിടെ നിന്നെങ്കിലും വാട്‌സാപ്പില്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന്‍ഫയല്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യരുതെന്ന് വകുപ്പ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. മറ്റു നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ ഇപ്രകാരമാണ് : പിഴ അടക്കാനുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും സന്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ ലഭിച്ചാല്‍ ഔദ്യോഗിക വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍ നിന്നുള്ളതാണോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തണം. ഇതിനായി ഉപഭോക്തൃ സേവന വിഭാഗവുമായി നേരിട്ടും ബന്ധപ്പെടാം. ഓണ്‍ലൈന്‍ സാമ്പത്തിക തട്ടിപ്പിന് ഇരയായാല്‍ 1930 എന്ന നമ്പറില്‍ ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിനകം പരാതി രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യണം. cyber crime.gov.in എന്ന സൈറ്റിലും പരാതിപ്പെടാം.അക്കൗണ്ട് വിവരങ്ങള്‍, പാസ്സ്വേര്‍ഡ്, ക്രെഡിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡ് വിവരങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാല്‍ അത് തട്ടിപ്പാണെന്ന് ന്യായമായും സംശയിക്കണം. ഇ ചെലാന്‍ ഉപഭോക്തൃ സേവന വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ ഫോണ്‍ നമ്പര്‍ 0120-4925505 .നിയമം ലംഘിച്ചെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് വാട്‌സാപ്പില്‍ മെസ്സേജ് അയച്ചാണ് തട്ടിപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത്. പിഴത്തുക അടയ്‌ക്കാന്‍ എംപികെ ഫയല്‍ ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാനും ആവശ്യപ്പെടും. എന്നാല്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ എം പരിവാഹന് എംപികെ ഫയല്‍ ഇല്ലെന്നും പ്ലേ സ്റ്റോര്‍ , ആപ്‌സ്റ്റോര്‍ എന്നിവ വഴി മാത്രമേ പരിവാഹന്‍ ആപ്പ് ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്യാനാകൂ എന്നും ട്രാന്‍സ്‌പോര്‍ട്ട് കമ്മീഷണര്‍ സി നാഗരാജു അറിയിച്ചു.
