കൊച്ചി : പോക്സോ കേസിൽ നടൻ കൂട്ടിക്കൽ ജയചന്ദ്രന് മുൻകൂര്‍ ജാമ്യമില്ല. നടൻ നൽകിയ മുൻകൂര്‍ ജാമ്യ ഹര്‍ജി ഹൈക്കോടതി തള്ളി.കോഴിക്കോട് കസബ പൊലീസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത കേസിലാണ് നടൻ കൂട്ടിക്കൽ ജയചന്ദ്രൻ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ മുൻകൂര്‍ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ നൽകിയത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം മെയിലാണ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തത്. കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും നടനെ പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരുന്നില്ല.കൂട്ടിക്കൽ ജയചന്ദ്രൻ ഒളിവിലാണെന്നാണ് പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്. താമസ സ്ഥലവും സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെയും ബന്ധുക്കളുടെയും വീടും പരിശോധിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞത്.അന്വേഷണം തുടരുന്നതിനിടെ നടൻ കോഴിക്കോട് പോക്സോ കോടതിയിൽ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ നൽകിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും തള്ളിയിരുന്നു. ജൂലൈ 12ന് ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ തള്ളിയത്. തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് മുൻകൂര്‍ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയുമായി ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്.
