എരുമേലി :അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര വിമാനത്താവളം എ ചെറുവള്ളി എസ്റ്റേറ്റിൽ നിർമിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് എസ്റ്റേറ്റിലെ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ പുനരധിവാസം ഉറപ്പാക്കുമെന്ന് എംഎൽഎ സെബാസ്റ്റ്യൻ കുളത്തുങ്കൽ. ഇതിനായി സ്പെഷ്യൽ പാക്കേജ് തയ്യാറാക്കുമെന്നും അതിന് മുമ്പ് തൊഴിലാളികളുമായി ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ സംസാരിക്കുമെന്നും എംഎൽഎ അറിയിച്ചു. തൊഴിൽ ഉൾപ്പടെ ജീവിതമാർഗം നഷ്‌ടപ്പെടുമെന്ന ആശങ്ക ഉയർത്തി എസ്റ്റേറ്റിൽ യൂണിയനുകൾ വിളിച്ചു ചേർത്ത തൊഴിലാളി സംഗമത്തിലാണ് എംഎൽഎ ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.

തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കുന്നതിനും സാമൂഹ്യ ആഘാത പഠന റിപ്പോർട്ടിലെ ശുപാർശകൾ ഉൾപ്പടെ പുനരധിവാസം സംബന്ധിച്ച്

സർക്കാരിന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തി ഉടനെ ഉത്തരവുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് തൊഴിലാളി സംഗമം ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്ത് എംഎൽഎ പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിന് ശേഷം

പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും തുടർ ഉപജീവനമാർഗം സംബന്ധിച്ചും ഏറ്റവും മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട പാക്കേജ് തയ്യാറാക്കും. തുടർന്ന് പാക്കേജ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് സർക്കാരിന് സമർപ്പിക്കുമെന്ന് എംഎൽഎ പറഞ്ഞു.

എസ്റ്റേറ്റിലെ 300 ഓളം തൊഴിലാളി കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്കാണ് വിമാനത്താവള പദ്ധതി മൂലം തൊഴിലും ജീവിത മാർഗവും നഷ്‌ടപ്പെടുന്നത്. ലയങ്ങൾ പൊളിക്കുന്നതോടെ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ താമസവും നഷ്ടപ്പെടും. സ്വന്തം ഭൂമിയും കിടപ്പാടവും ഇല്ലാത്ത നിരവധി പേരുണ്ട്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് സ്ഥലവും വീടും നഷ്ടപരിഹാരവും നൽകണമെന്നും വിമാനത്താവളം നിർമാണ ഘട്ടത്തിലും പൂർത്തീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷവും തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് യോഗ്യതകൾക്കനുസരിച്ച് ജോലി നൽകണമെന്നും വിമാനത്താവളം പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഷോപ്പുകൾ, ടാക്സികൾ തുടങ്ങിയ അനുബന്ധ സംവിധാനങ്ങളിൽ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്ക് മുൻഗണന നൽകണമെന്നും തുടങ്ങിയ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ തൊഴിലാളികൾ യോഗത്തിൽ ഉന്നയിച്ചു.

ഇക്കാര്യം സർക്കാരിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്നും , നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ സ്പെഷ്യൽ പാക്കേജ് ആയി സർക്കാരിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുമെന്നും എംഎൽഎ മറുപടിയായി അറിയിച്ചു. സിഐടിയു, എഐടിയുസി, ഐഎൻടിയുസി, ബിഎംഎസ്, ടിസിടിടിയു, കെപിഎൽസി, യുടിയുസി യൂണിയനുകളിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾ സംഗമത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. ചെറുവള്ളി എസ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നതിന് സർക്കാർ

എൽഎആർആർ ആക്ട് 2013 സെക്ഷൻ 11(1) പ്രകാരം നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതോടെ ആണ് തൊഴിലാളികൾ യോഗം വിളിച്ചു ചേർത്തത്. വാർഡ് മെമ്പർ അനുശ്രീ സാബു അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് മെമ്പർ ശുഭേഷ്, ടി എസ് കൃഷ്ണകുമാർ, യൂണിയൻ ഭാരവാഹികളായ പ്രദീഷ്, സാബു, ബിജു, ഏണസ്റ്റ് , ഇസ്മായിൽ ഹസൻ, മനോജ് തുടങ്ങിയവർ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു.
