കേന്ദ്ര ശാസ്ത്ര സാങ്കേതിക വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ പാപ്പനംകോടുള്ള സിഎസ്ഐആർ-നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഫോർ ഇന്റർ ഡിസിപ്ലിനറി സയൻസ് ആൻഡ് ടെക്നോളജി (സിഎസ്ഐആർ-എൻഐഐഎസ്ടി) യുടെ സുവർണ്ണ ജൂബിലി ആഘോഷങ്ങളുടെ സമാപന സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ കേന്ദ്ര ശാസ്ത്ര സാങ്കേതിക വകുപ്പ് സഹമന്ത്രി ഡോ. ജിതേന്ദ്ര സിം​ഗ് മുഖ്യാതിഥിയാകും. ഒരു വർഷം നീണ്ട ആഘോഷങ്ങളുടെ സമാപനം 2025 ഒക്ടോബർ 15 ന് നടക്കുമെന്ന് സിഎസ്ഐആർ-എൻഐഐഎസ്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. സി. അനന്തരാമകൃഷ്ണൻ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്  വാർത്താസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ അറിയിച്ചു. ക്യാംപസിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ച സുവർണ ജൂബിലി ഇന്നൊവേഷൻ സെന്റർ കേന്ദ്ര സഹമന്ത്രി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും. നൂതനാശയത്തിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായ സംരംഭകത്വം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും വ്യവസായങ്ങളുമായുള്ള പങ്കാളിത്തം ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് ഇന്നൊവേഷൻ സെന്റർ.

നെക്സ്റ്റ് ജനറേഷൻ ഡൈ-സെൻസിറ്റൈസ്ഡ് ലൈറ്റ് ഹാർവെസ്റ്ററുകളുടെ വിന്യാസത്തിനുള്ള ഓട്ടോമേറ്റഡ് നോഡൽ-ഹബ്, ആർട്ടിഫിഷ്യൽ ഇന്റലിജൻസ് ആൻഡ് മെഷീൻ ലേണിംഗ് (AI-ML) ലബോറട്ടറി എന്നിവയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനവും നടക്കും. ശ്രീ പത്മനാഭ സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പത്മതീർത്ഥ കുളത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ആൽഗൈ വളർച്ച, മീനുകൾ ചത്തു പൊങ്ങുന്നത്, ദുർഗന്ധം തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ എൻഐഐഎസ്‌ടി ഒരു പ്രകൃതി അധിഷ്ഠിത ശുദ്ധീകരണ സംവിധാനം നടപ്പിലാക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. തുടർച്ചയായ ഒരു വർഷത്തെ നിരീക്ഷണത്തിനുശേഷം ഈ മാതൃകയെ മറ്റ് നഗര ജലാശയങ്ങളിലും നടപ്പാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും ഡോ. സി. അനന്തരാമകൃഷ്ണൻ പറഞ്ഞു. സമാപന സമ്മേളനത്തിൻ്റെ ഭാ​ഗമായി പ്രധാന സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യാ കൈമാറ്റങ്ങൾ നടക്കും. ധാരണാപത്രങ്ങളും ഒപ്പ് വെയ്ക്കും. 

കേരളത്തിലെ ഹൗസ് ബോട്ട് വ്യവസായം നേരിടുന്ന മലിനജല പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാൻ, ശുചിത്വ മിഷനും, മലിനീകരണ നിയന്ത്രണ ബോർഡുമായി സഹകരിച്ച് കേരള ഹൗസ് ബോട്ട് ഓണേഴ്സ് ഫെഡറേഷനുമായി എൻഐഐഎസ്‌ടി ധാരണാപ്രതം ഒപ്പിടും. ബോട്ടിനുള്ളിലും പുറത്തുമുള്ള ശുദ്ധീകരണ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ വികസിപ്പിച്ച് പരിസ്ഥിതി സൗഹൃദ വിനോദ സ‍ഞ്ചാരം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം. എംആർഎഫ് ലിമിറ്റഡുമായി സ്മാർട്ട് ടയർ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയിൽ ഒപ്പിടുന്ന ധാരണാപ്രതം സ്വയം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ടയർ നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കും. എൻഐഐഎസ്ടി വികസിപ്പിച്ച അലുമിനിയം-മഗ്നീഷ്യം-സ്കാൻഡിയം അലോയ്സ് ദേശീയ വ്യോമയാന, പ്രതിരോധ മേഖലയ്ക്ക്  കരുത്തേകും. മുംബൈയിലെ സ്റ്റാർ അലൂകാസ്റ്റിനാണ് ഈ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ കൈമാറുന്നത്.  മനുഷ്യന്റെ ശാരീരിക ഊർജ്ജം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വൈദ്യുതി ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പെഡൽ-അസിസ്റ്റഡ് വ്യായാമ സംവിധാനം ‘വിദ്യുത് സ്വാസ്ഥ്യ’ കേന്ദ്ര സഹമന്ത്രി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും. ലാപ്ടോപ്പ്, ഫോൺ തുടങ്ങിയ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ചാർജ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ആരോഗ്യസംരക്ഷണത്തിനുമായി ഇത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. എൻഐഐഎസ്ടി വികസിപ്പിച്ച ഹൈബ്രിഡ് സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയിലാണ് ഇത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ഡയറക്ടർ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
