കേന്ദ്ര വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് കീഴിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ള പ്രൊട്ടക്ടർ ഓഫ് എമിഗ്രന്റ്‌സ് (തിരുവനന്തപുരം & കൊച്ചി) വിദേശ റിക്രൂട്ട്‌മെന്റ് സംബന്ധിച്ച ഏകദിന ഗ്ലോബൽ മൊബിലിറ്റി കോൺക്ലേവ് സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. 2025 ഒക്ടോബർ ഏഴിന് രാവിലെ 10:30 ന് തമ്പാനൂരിലെ ഹൈസിന്ത് ഹോട്ടലിൽ നടക്കുന്ന പരിപാടി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ പിണറായി വിജയൻ  ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യും. കേന്ദ്ര വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയ സെക്രട്ടറി (സിപിവി & ഒഐഎ) ശ്രീ. അരുൺ കുമാർ ചാറ്റർജി ചടങ്ങിനെ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്യും. നൂതനാശയം, സുരക്ഷ, സഹകരണം എന്നിവയിലൂടെ വിദേശ റിക്രൂട്ട്‌മെന്റ് പരിവർത്തനം ചെയ്യാൻ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് കോൺക്ലേവ്. കേരള ഗവൺമെൻ്റിന്റെ നോൺ റസിഡന്റ് കേരളൈറ്റ്സ് അഫയേഴ്‌സ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്‌മെന്റുമായി (നോർക്ക) ചേർന്നാണ് പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
