കാസർകോട്: ഭാര്യയെ വെട്ടിപ്പരിക്കേൽപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ഭർത്താവ് വീടിനുളളിൽ തൂങ്ങിമരിച്ചു. പുണ്യംകണ്ടത്ത് സ്വദേശി സുരേഷാണ് (51) മരിച്ചത്. ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ എട്ടരയോടെയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. പരിക്കേറ്റ ഭാര്യ സിനിയെ കാസർകോട്ടെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇവർക്ക് അഞ്ചും ഒന്നും വയസുളള മക്കളുണ്ട്. മക്കളെ മുറിയിൽ അടച്ചിട്ടതിനുശേഷമാണ് സുരേഷ് ഭാര്യയെ ആക്രമിച്ചത്. സുരേഷ് വെട്ടിയ വിവരം സിനി തന്നെയാണ് അയൽ വീട്ടിലെത്തി അറിയിച്ചത്.അയൽക്കാർ എത്തിയപ്പോഴേക്കും സുരേഷ് തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ചിരുന്നു. വീട്ടിലെ പടിക്കെട്ടിനോട് ചേർന്നാണ് ഇയാളെ തൂങ്ങിമരിച്ച നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. പൊലീസ് സംഭവ സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി പരിശോധന നടത്തി. കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും പൊലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു. കുടുംബവഴക്കാണ് കൊലപാതകത്തിൽ കലാശിച്ചതെന്നാണ് പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം.
