തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കേരള സർവകലാശാല രജിസ്ട്രാർ തർക്കത്തിൽ ഡോ. കെ.എസ്. അനിൽകുമാറിന് തിരിച്ചടി. സസ്പെന്ഷൻ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ അനിൽകുമാര് നൽകിയ ഹര്ജി ഹൈക്കോടതി തള്ളി.
ഇതോടെ രജിസ്ട്രാര് സ്ഥാനത്ത് നിന്ന് കെ.എസ്. അനിൽകുമാറിനെ സസ്പെന്ഡ് ചെയ്ത വിസിയുടെ നടപടി തുടരും. അനിൽകുമാറിന്റെ സസ്പെന്ഷൻ തുടരണമോയെന്ന് സിന്ഡിക്കേറ്റിന് വീണ്ടും യോഗം ചേര്ന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാമെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി ഹര്ജി തള്ളിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
