സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റെ കൃത്യമായ ഇടപെടലുകളിലൂടെ വിലക്കയറ്റവും ക്ഷാമവുമില്ലാത്ത ഓണവിപണി സാദ്ധ്യമാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞതായി പൊതുവിതരണ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ജി ആർ അനിൽ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് പി ആർ ചേമ്പറിൽ വാർത്താസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരു ഉപഭോക്തൃ സംസ്ഥാനം എന്ന നിലയിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ഉത്സവകാലങ്ങളിൽ ഭക്ഷ്യധാന്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ അവശ്യവസ്തുക്കൾക്കും സ്വാഭാവികമായും വിലക്കയറ്റം ഉണ്ടാകും. എന്നാൽ ഇതിൽ മുൻകൂട്ടി സപ്ലൈയ്ക്കോയ്ക്കും പൊതുവിതരണ വകുപ്പിനും വിപണിയിൽ ഫലപ്രദമായി ഇടപെടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. അരിയുടെയും വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയുടെയും മുളകിന്റേയും കാര്യത്തിൽ സവിശേഷമായ ഇടപെടൽ നടത്തി. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 31 വരെ 45.4 ലക്ഷം (45,40,030) ഉപഭോക്താക്കൾ സപ്ലൈകോ വിൽപനശാലകൾ സന്ദർശിച്ചു. കേരളത്തിലെ 3.33 കോടി ജനങ്ങളിൽ 2 കോടി പേർക്കെങ്കിലും സർക്കാരിന്റെ വിപണിയിടപെടലിന്റെ നേരിട്ടുള്ള പ്രയോജനം ലഭിച്ചതായി മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

ആഗസ്റ്റിൽ സർവ്വകാല റെക്കോർഡുകൾ തകർക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള വിൽപനയാണ് സപ്ലൈകോ ഔട്ട് ലെറ്റുകൾ വഴി നടക്കുന്നത്. സപ്ലൈകോയെ ജനങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്ന സ്ഥതിയാണുള്ളത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു മാസത്തെ സപ്ലൈകോയുടെ വിറ്റുവരവിൽ പൊതുജനങ്ങൾ സപ്ലൈകോയിൽ അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിശ്വാസം പ്രകടമാണ്. ആഗസ്റ്റ് 31 വരെയുള്ള വിറ്റുവരവ് 297.3 കോടി രൂപയാണ്. ആഗസ്റ്റ് 11, 12 തീയതികളിൽ പ്രതിദിന വിറ്റുവരവ് പത്തു കോടി കവിഞ്ഞു. 27ന് സപ്ലൈകോയുടെ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ തന്നെ റെക്കോർഡ് വിറ്റുവരവായ 15.7 കോടിയിലെത്തി (ഇതിനു മുമ്പുള്ള പ്രതിദിന വിറ്റുവരവ് 15.37 കോടിയായിരുന്നു). ആഗസ്റ്റ് 30 ന് വീണ്ടും റെക്കോർഡ് മുന്നേറ്റം നടത്തി 19.4 കോടി രൂപയായി. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഓണത്തിന് 183 കോടിയുടെ വിൽപനയാണ് നടന്നത്. ഇത്തവണ 300 കോടിയിൽ കുറയാത്ത വിൽപനയാണ് സപ്ലൈകോ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടതെങ്കിലും ഇന്ന് വരെയുള്ള കണക്കുകൾ പ്രകാരം 307 കോടി രൂപയായി വർധിച്ചതായി മന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു.

വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ വിലവർധനയിൽ സപ്ലൈകോ ഇടപെടൽ വളരെ ഫലപ്രദമായി. സപ്ലൈകോ വില്പനശാലയിൽ നിന്ന് 457 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേര വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ആവശ്യാനുസരണം നൽകി. ആഗസ്റ്റ് 25 മുതൽ 457 രൂപയിൽ നിന്നും 429 രൂപയിലേക്ക് കേര വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയുടെ വില കുറച്ചു. നേരത്തെ ഒരു ബില്ലിന് ഒരു ലിറ്റർ കേര വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ മാത്രം എന്ന നിബന്ധനയിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തി. സപ്ലൈകോ ബ്രാൻഡായ ശബരിയുടെ ഒരു ലിറ്റർ സബ്ലിഡി വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ 349 രൂപയ്ക്ക് നൽകിയിരുന്നത് ഇപ്പോൾ 339 രൂപയായും സബ്‌സിഡിയിതര ശബരി വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ 429 രൂപയിൽ നിന്നും 389 രൂപയായും കുറവു വരുത്തിയാണ് വിൽപന നടത്തുന്നത്. ഇതിലൂടെ പൊതുവിപണിയിലെ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയുടെ വില പിടിച്ചുനിർത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. വിലയിൽ ഇനിയും കുറവ് വരുത്താൻ സാധിക്കും. മറ്റു ബ്രാൻഡുകളുടെ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയും എംആർപി യേക്കാൾ കുറഞ്ഞ വിലയ്ക്ക് സപ്ലൈകോ ഔട്ട് ലെറ്റുകളിൽ ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.

ഒരു റേഷൻ കാർഡിന് 8 കിലോ ഗ്രാം അരിയാണ് സബ്ലിഡി നിരക്കിൽ സപ്ലൈകോ വില്പനശാലകളിലൂടെ വിതരണം ചെയ്തിരുന്നത്. ഓണക്കാലത്ത് ഇതിനുപുറമേ കാർഡൊന്നിന് 20 കിലോ പച്ചരി/പുഴുക്കലരി 25 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ സ്‌പെഷ്യൽ അരിയായി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നു. 92.8 ലക്ഷം കിലോ ഗ്രാം അരി ഈ മാസം വിൽപന നടത്തി. മറ്റ് പ്രമുഖ റീറ്റെയ്ൽ വ്യാപാര ശൃംഖലകളോട് കിട പിടിക്കുന്ന വിധത്തിൽ ബ്രാൻഡഡ് എഫ്.എം.സി.ജി ഉത്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു വൻനിര തന്നെ ഇത്തവണ സപ്ലൈകോ ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. 250 ലധികം ബ്രാൻഡഡ് നിത്യോപയോഗ സാധനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓഫറുകളും, വിലക്കുറവും ഓണത്തിന് പ്രത്യേകമായി നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്. സപ്ലൈകോ പുറത്തിറക്കിയ ഓണം ഗിഫ്റ്റ് പദ്ധതിക്കും വലിയ പ്രതികരണമാണുള്ളതെന്ന് മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
