2025-26 മുതൽ ആറ് വർഷത്തേക്ക് 100 ജില്ലകളെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന “പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ധൻ-ധാന്യ കൃഷി യോജന”യ്ക്ക് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗം ഇന്ന് അംഗീകാരം നൽകി. നിതി ആയോഗിന്റെ ആസ്പിരേഷണൽ ജില്ലാ പരിപാടിയിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രചോദനം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ട്, കൃഷിയിലും അനുബന്ധ മേഖലകളിലും മാത്രം ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ആദ്യ പദ്ധതിയാണിത്.
