ക്ഷേത്രം നിർമാണത്തിന് കെട്ടിട നിർമാണ ചട്ട പ്രകാരം അനുമതി തേടിയിട്ടില്ലന്ന് എരുമേലി പഞ്ചായത്തും ക്ഷേത്ര നിർമാണവുമായി ബന്ധമില്ലന്ന് വിശ്വ ഹിന്ദു പരിഷത്തും കോടതിയിൽ അറിയിച്ചതോടെ നിർമാണം നിർത്തി വെക്കാനും ക്രമസമാധാന പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാകാതിരിക്കാൻ പോലിസ് നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്നും നിർദേശിച്ച് കോടതി ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. തുടർന്നാണ് ബാലാലയ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ ഉൾപ്പടെ പൊളിച്ചു നീക്കിയതായി കണ്ടത്. കേസ് അന്തിമ തീർപ്പിനായി പരിഗണിച്ച കോടതിയോട്
ക്ഷേത്ര നിർമാണം നിയമപരമായി എടുക്കേണ്ട എല്ലാ അനുമതികളും ലഭിച്ചിട്ട് മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാവുകയുള്ളൂ എന്നും അവിടെ ചില പൂജകൾ മാത്രമേ ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ എന്നും അറിയിച്ചതോടെ കോടതി കേസ് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
