കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി: കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെ സ്വപ്ന പദ്ധതിയായ സമ്പൂര്‍ണ ഭവനനിര്‍മ്മാണം ഈ വര്‍ഷം തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുമെന്നും ഇതിലൂടെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളിയില്‍ “സ്വപ്നക്കൂടൊരുക്കുമെന്നും” ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് അജിത രതീഷ് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെ കീഴില്‍ വരുന്ന 7 പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെ ഭവനരഹിതരുടെ സംഗമം ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അവര്‍. കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെ 2025-26 വാര്‍ഷിക പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി 274 പേര്‍ക്ക് വീടുകള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നു. “സ്വപ്നക്കൂട് 2025” എന്ന പേരിലാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതി അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. എരുമേലി 38 എണ്ണം, പാറത്തോട് 22 എണ്ണം, മുണ്ടക്കയം 34 എണ്ണം, മണിമല-32 എണ്ണം, കൂട്ടിക്കല്‍ 33 എണ്ണം, കോരുത്തോട് 43 എണ്ണം, കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി 72 എണ്ണം ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ ആകെ 274 വീടുകളാണ് നല്‍കാന്‍ അന്തിമ ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുളളത്. ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വിഹിതമായ 1,12,000/-രൂപയും, ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് വിഹിതമായ 98000/-രൂപയും, ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് വിഹിതമായ 70,000/-രൂപയും, കേന്ദ്രവിഹിതമായ 72000/-രൂപയും, സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കായരിന്റെപ വിഹിതമായ 48000/-രൂപയും ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ 4 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ് ഒരു വീടിന് നല്‍കുന്നത്. ഇതിലൂടെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന് കീഴിലുളള പാവപ്പെട്ടവരായ 274 കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പുതിയ ഭവനം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നു. വരുന്ന ഒരു വര്‍ഷം കൊണ്ട് 274 വീടുകള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തി യാവുന്നതോടെ സമ്പൂര്‍ണ്ണഭ വനമുളള ബ്ലോക്കായി കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പളളി തീരുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ 8 വര്‍ഷക്കാലമായി കാത്തിരുന്നവര്‍ക്കാണ് ഈ വീടുകള്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നത്. വി.ഇ.ഒ.മാരും, സംസ്ഥാനതലത്തില്‍ പ്രത്യേക ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും പരിശോധിച്ച് ഏറ്റവും അര്‍ഹ തയുളളവരെയാണ് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെ ടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്‍റെ ഈ വര്‍ഷ ത്തെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട പദ്ധതിയാണ് ഭവനനിര്‍മ്മാണം. ഈ മേഖലയ്ക്കായി ബജറ്റിലൂടെ 5½ കോടി രൂപയാണ് മാറ്റി വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ജനറല്‍ വിഭാഗത്തിലും, പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവര്‍ഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പ്പെടുന്നവര്‍ക്കു പ്രത്യേകം ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കിയാണ് ഭവനനിര്‍മ്മാണ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നത്.
ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് ജോളി മടുക്കകുഴി അദ്ധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ച യോഗത്തില്‍ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് മാരായ സിറിള്‍ തോമസ്, പി.എസ്. ശശികുമാര്‍,വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് റോസമ്മ ജോണ്‍, ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്ത് വികസനസ്റ്റാന്‍റിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്‍പേഴ്സണ്‍ ജയശ്രീ ഗോപിദാസ്, ക്ഷേമകാര്യ സ്റ്റാന്‍റിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്‍പേ ഴ്സണ്‍ ഷക്കീല നസീര്‍, ആരോഗ്യവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്റ്റാന്‍റിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ മോഹനന്‍ ടി.ജെ., മെമ്പര്‍മാരായ ടി.എസ്. കൃഷ്ണകുമാര്‍, അഡ്വ. സാജന്‍ കുന്നത്ത്, ജോഷി മംഗലം, പി.കെ. പ്രദീപ്, രത്നമ്മ രവീന്ദ്രന്‍, അനു ഷിജു, ഡാനി ജോസ്, ബി.ഡി.ഒ. ഫൈസല്‍ എസ്., ജോ.ബി.ഡി.ഒ. സിയാദ് റ്റി.ഇ, ക്ലര്‍ക്ക് അനന്തു മധുസൂദനന്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവര്‍ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് നടന്ന ശില്പശാലയില്‍ ബി.ഡി.ഒ. ഫൈസല്‍ എസ്. വി.ഇ.ഒ. പത്മകുമാര്‍ പി.ജി., എന്നിവര്‍ ക്ലാസ്സുകള്‍ നയിച്ചു.
