സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു .സാമ്പത്തിക
പ്രതിസന്ധിയുടെ പേരിൽ പോലീസ് ,രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ,മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പ്
ഉൾപ്പെടെ നിരവധി വകുപ്പുകളിലെ സേവന നിരക്കുകൾ കുത്തനെ കൂട്ടിയിട്ടും ഏഴു
വർഷമായി സർക്കാർ അക്ഷയ സേവനങ്ങളുടെ സേവനനിരക്കുകളിൽ വർധന വരുത്തിയിട്ടില്ല
എന്നത് പ്രതിഷേധാർഹമാണ് .എല്ലാ മേഖലയിലും വില വർധനവും കൂലി വർധനയും
ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും സർക്കാർ സ്വന്തം മുതൽമുടക്കിൽ സംരംഭം നടത്തുന്ന അക്ഷയ
സംരംഭകരെ മറക്കുകയാണെന്നും സ്റ്റീഫൻ ജോൺ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി .അക്ഷയ
സേവനങ്ങളുടെ നിരക്ക് കാലോചിതമായി പരിഷ്ക്കരിക്കുക, കൂടുതൽ സർക്കാർ
സേവനങ്ങൾ അക്ഷയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലൂടെ അനുവദിക്കുക,അക്ഷയക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ സർക്കാർ
ഉത്തരവുകൾ നടപ്പാക്കുക , വ്യാജ ഓൺലൈൻ സേവനകേന്ദ്രങ്ങളെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുക,
അക്ഷയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾക്ക് ബില്ലിലൂടെ നിയമ പരിരക്ഷ നൽകുക, ആധാർ സേവനങ്ങൾ
നൽകുന്ന അക്ഷയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകാനുള്ള കുടിശ്ശിക ഉടൻ അനുവദിക്കുക,
അക്ഷയ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ കൈമാറ്റ വ്യവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് മാറ്റം വരുത്തുക, അന്യായമായ
വിജിലൻസ് പരിശോധനകൾ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുക,സർക്കാർ ഔദ്യോഗിക സൈറ്റുകളിൽ അക്ഷയക്ക്
പ്രത്യേക ലോഗിൻ അനുവദിക്കുക, തുടങ്ങിയ 12 ഓളം ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ ഉന്നയിച്ചു
കൊണ്ടാണ് മാർച്ചും, ധർണ്ണയും സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു . മാർച്ചും
