പുതിയ ക്രിമിനല് നിയമങ്ങള്-ഭാരതീയ ന്യായ് സംഹിത, ഭാരതീയ നാഗരിക് സുരക്ഷാ
സംഹിത, ഭാരതീയ സാക്ഷ്യ അധീനിയം എന്നിവ 2024 ജൂലൈ 1-ന് നിലവില് വന്നു.
കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര-സഹകരണ മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ അമിത് ഷാ വാര്ത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തില്
പുതിയ നിയമങ്ങളുടെ നേട്ടങ്ങള് വിശദീകരിച്ചു.നമ്മുടെ നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥയിലെ
കൊളോണിയലിസത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ അവശിഷ്ടങ്ങളും മായ്ക്കാനുള്ള പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ
നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ജിയുടെ നിര്ദേശത്തെത്തുടര്ന്നാണ് മൂന്ന് പുതിയ ക്രിമിനല്
നിയമങ്ങള് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ഈ നിയമങ്ങള് നമ്മുടെ ക്രിമിനല് നീതിന്യായ
വ്യവസ്ഥയെ നമ്മുടെ പഴക്കമുള്ള നിയമശാസ്ത്ര തത്വങ്ങളുടെ തൂണുകളില്
ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ജി ഈ നിയമങ്ങള്
പൂര്ണമായി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതു ചണ്ഡിഗഡിലെ ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് സമര്പ്പിച്ചു. 2025
മാര്ച്ച് 31-ന് മുമ്പ് ഈ നിയമങ്ങള് പൂര്ണ്ണമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കാന് ഹരിയാന
സംസ്ഥാനം പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധമാണ്. അതേ ദിശയില് മുന്നേറി, ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡും മറ്റ്
സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും കേന്ദ്ര ഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങളും കഴിയുന്നതും നേരത്തെ തന്നെ ഇത്
പൂര്ണ്ണമായും നടപ്പിലാക്കും.പുതിയ
നിയമങ്ങള് നീതിയെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ളതും ഇരകളെ
കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചുള്ളതുമാണ്. പുതിയ നിയമങ്ങളില് ശിക്ഷയ്ക്ക് പകരം നീതിക്കാണ്
മുന്ഗണന. വേഗത്തിലുള്ള വിചാരണയും വേഗത്തിലുള്ള നീതിയും
ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ഇത് കാലതാമസം ഇല്ലാതെയാക്കുന്നു. ഈ പുതിയ നിയമങ്ങള്

നിയമങ്ങള്ക്കായി ഇ-സാക്ഷ്യ, ന്യായ സേതു, ന്യായ ശ്രുതി, ഇ-സമ്മണ് ആപ്പ്
എന്നിവ പുറത്തിറക്കി.ഇ-സാക്ഷ്യ,
ഇ-സമ്മണ്, ന്യായ സേതു, ന്യായ ശ്രുതി ആപ്പുകള് എന്നിവ സമയബന്ധിതവും
സുതാര്യവുമായ നീതി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതില് നമ്മുടെ ക്രിമിനല് നീതിന്യായ
വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെ കാര്യക്ഷമത വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും. ഇ-സാക്ഷ്യക്കു് കീഴില്,
വീഡിയോഗ്രാഫി, ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫി, സാക്ഷ്യപത്രങ്ങള് എന്നിവ ഇ-എവിഡന്സ്
സെര്വറില് സംരക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടും. അത് കോടതികളില് ഉടനടി ലഭ്യമാകും.ഇ-സമ്മണ്
പ്രകാരം, സമന്സ് കോടതിയില് നിന്ന് പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിലേക്കും
ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തികള്ക്കും ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ആയി അയയ്ക്കും. പോലീസ്,
മെഡിക്കല്, ഫോറന്സിക്, പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്, ജയിലുകള് എന്നിവ നീതി സേതു
ഡാഷ്ബോര്ഡില് പരസ്പരം ബന്ധിതമാണ്. ഇത് അന്വേഷണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ
വിവരങ്ങളും ഒറ്റ ക്ലിക്കില് പോലീസിന് നല്കും.ന്യായ ശ്രുതി വഴി,
വീഡിയോ കോണ്ഫറന്സിംഗിലൂടെ കോടതിക്ക് സാക്ഷികളെ വിസ്തരിക്കാന് കഴിയും.

ചട്ടങ്ങള്, 2024 വിജ്ഞാപനം ചെയ്തു. സിഎഎ നിയമങ്ങള്, 2024ന്റെ
വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിനുശേഷം പൗരത്വ സര്ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ ആദ്യ സെറ്റ് വിതരണം
ചെയ്തു.ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിന് സാമൂഹിക സമത്വംജമ്മു
