കുമളി : മെയ് 12 ന് നടക്കുന്ന മംഗളാദേവി ചിത്രാപൗര്ണമി ഉത്സവം സുഗമവും സുരക്ഷിതവുമായി നടത്തുന്നതിന്ഇടുക്കി-തേനി ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടങ്ങളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് അന്തര് സംസ്ഥാനയോഗം പെരിയാര് ടൈഗര് റിസര്വ് ഈസ്റ്റ് ഡിവിഷന് ഓഫീസ് കോമ്പൗണ്ടിലെ കുമളി രാജീവ് ഗാന്ധി ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തില് ചേര്ന്നു.
പെരിയാര് കടുവ സങ്കേതത്തിനുള്ളില് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് ഉത്സവത്തിന് എത്തുന്ന ഭക്തര്ക്കായി വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകള് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന സജ്ജീകരണങ്ങള് ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര് വി. വിഗ്നേശ്വരിയുടെയും തേനി ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര് രഞ്ജിത്ത് സിംഗിന്റെയും നേതൃത്വത്തില് ചേര്ന്ന ഇരു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെയും വിവിധ വകുപ്പ് തലവന്മാരുടെ അവലോകന യോഗത്തില് വിലയിരുത്തി. പരിസ്ഥിതി സൗഹൃദമായി ഭക്തരുടെ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കും വനത്തിന്റെയും ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെയും പരിപാവനതയുടെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും മുന്തൂക്കം നല്കി നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങള്ക്ക് വിധേയമായി, ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടില്ലാതെ ഭക്തര്ക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രദര്ശനത്തിനുള്ള എല്ലാ സംവിധാനങ്ങളും ഒരുക്കുമെന്ന് അധികൃതര് അറിയിച്ചു.
ട്രാക്ടറുകളിലായി ഭക്ഷണം കയറ്റിവിടും. ട്രാക്ടറുകളില് 18 വയസില് താഴെയുള്ള കുട്ടികളെ അനുവദിക്കില്ല. വൈകിട്ടു 5.30 ന് ശേഷം ക്ഷേത്ര പരിസരത്ത് ആരെയും തുടരാന് അനുവദിക്കില്ല. അതിനു മുന്പ് പൂജാരി ഉള്പ്പെടെ എല്ലാവരും തിരികെ മലയിറങ്ങണം. ഭക്തരില് നിന്നും യാതൊരുവിധ തുകയും ഈടാക്കാന് അനുവദിക്കില്ല. ആര് ടി ഓ നിഷ്കര്ശിക്കുന്ന തുക ആയിരിക്കും ട്രിപ്പ് വാഹങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഭക്തരില് നിന്നും ഈടാക്കാന് അനുവാദം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുക.
കേരളത്തിനും തമിഴ്നാടിനും മൂന്ന് വീതം പൊങ്കാലകളാണ് അനുവദിക്കുക. 18000 മുതല് 20,000 വരെ ഭക്തരെയാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. കൂടുതല് പൊങ്കാല അനുവദിക്കണമെന്നും ദര്ശന സമയം വര്ധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും ഭക്തരുടെ സംഘടന പ്രതിനിധികള് യോഗത്തില് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് പരിശോധിച്ച് തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുമെന്ന് അധികൃതര് അറിയിച്ചു.
ഡിസ്പോസബിള് പാത്രങ്ങളില് കുടിവെള്ളമോ മറ്റു ഭക്ഷണങ്ങളോ ക്ഷേത്ര പരിസരത്തേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകാന് അനുവദിക്കില്ല. മല കയറുന്ന ജീപ്പ് പോലെയുള്ള നാലു ചക്രവാഹനങ്ങള് മാത്രമേ അനുവദിക്കൂ. ഇരു ചക്ര വാഹനങ്ങള് അനുവദിക്കില്ല. മദ്യം, സസ്യേതര ഭക്ഷണം എന്നിവയും അനുവദിക്കില്ല.
ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്കു പോകാനുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങള്ക്ക് ആര്.ടി.ഒപാസ് നല്കും. കുമളി ചെക്ക് പോസ്റ്റിനു സമീപം മെയ് 7, 8, 9, ദിവസങ്ങളില് രാവിലെ 10 മുതല് 4 വരെ ഇരു സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെയും ആര്ടിഓ മാരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് ഫിറ്റ്നസ് പരിശോധിച്ച് പാസ് അനുവദിക്കും. ഫിറ്റ്നസ് സര്ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് സ്റ്റിക്കര് വാങ്ങി വാഹനത്തില് പതിപ്പിക്കണം. ഉത്സവദിവസം വാഹനങ്ങളില് ഓവര്ലോഡിംഗ് അനുവദിക്കില്ല. അപകടരഹിതമായ സുരക്ഷിതമായ യാത്ര ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്താന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട അധികൃതര്ക്ക് നിര്ദേശം നല്കി. ഉത്സവ ദിവസത്തിന്റെ തലേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം മൂന്ന് മുതല് മോട്ടോര് വാഹന വകുപ്പിന്റെ കര്ശന നിരീക്ഷണം ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തും.
കുമളി ബസ് സ്റ്റാന്ഡ്, അമലാംമ്പിക സ്കൂള്, കൊക്കരകണ്ടം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില് ചെക്ക് പോസ്റ്റ് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തി വാഹനങ്ങള് പരിശോധിക്കും. ഒന്നാം ഗേറ്റിലും ക്ഷേത്രപരിസരത്തും കണ്ട്രോള് റൂം സ്ഥാപിക്കും. പരിസ്ഥിതി സൗഹൃദമല്ലാത്ത അലങ്കാര വസ്തുകള് ഉപയോഗിക്കാന് പാടില്ല. പടക്കങ്ങളും പൊട്ടിത്തെറിക്കുന്ന ഉല്പ്പന്നങ്ങളും പാടുളളതല്ല. സുരക്ഷയുടെ ഭാഗമായി റിക്കവറി വാഹനം, അസ്ക ലൈറ്റ്, എന്നീ സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടെ കൊക്കരകണ്ടത്ത് ദുരന്ത ലഘൂകരണ യൂണിറ്റ് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കും. പ്രഥമശുശ്രൂഷ നല്കാന് മെഡിക്കല് സംഘത്തിന്റെ സേവനവും ഒരു ഐസിയു ആംബുലന്സ് ഉള്പ്പാടെ 10 ആംബുലന്സ് സൗകര്യവും മല മുകളില് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തും. വിഷ ചികിത്സയ്ക്കുള്ള സൗകര്യവും ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തും.
