കൊച്ചി: ചാനൽ ചർച്ചയിൽ വിദ്വേഷ പരാമർശം നടത്തിയെന്ന കേസിൽ ബിജെപി നേതാവ് പി.സി.ജോർജിന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ രൂക്ഷ വിമർശനം. മുന്‍ ജാമ്യവ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പി.സി. ജോര്‍ജ് ലംഘിച്ചുവെന്നും ഇതിന് മുന്‍പും സമാന കുറ്റകൃത്യം നടത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.ജോര്‍ജിന്‍റെ പരാമര്‍ശം ഗൗരവതരമാണ്. ജോര്‍ജ് ഒരു മുതിര്‍ന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ നേതാവാണ്. അബദ്ധങ്ങള്‍ ആവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും ഹൈക്കോടതി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു.കോടതി ഉത്തരവുകൾ എല്ലാവരും ലംഘിച്ചാൽ എന്തു ചെയ്യുമെന്നും കോടതി ചോദിച്ചു. പി.സി.ജോർജ് പത്തു നാൽപ്പതു കൊല്ലമായി പൊതുപ്രവർത്തകനും എംഎൽഎയുമൊക്കെ ആയിരുന്നില്ലേ? അത്തരമൊരാൾ എങ്ങനെയാണ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് ലംഘിക്കുന്നതെന്നും ജസ്റ്റീസ് പി.വി. കുഞ്ഞികൃഷ്ണൻ ചോദിച്ചു. ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയിൽ ബുധനാഴ്ച വിധി പറയാമെന്നും കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
