ഉൽപ്പാദന ദൗത്യം” കേന്ദ്ര ധനകാര്യ, കോർപ്പറേറ്റ് കാര്യ മന്ത്രി ശ്രീമതി.നിർമ്മല സീതാരാമൻ
2025-26 ലെ കേന്ദ്ര ബജറ്റ് ഇന്ന് പാർലമെൻ്റിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കവേ
പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു . ഇത് കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രാലയങ്ങൾക്കും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്കും നയപരമായ
പിന്തുണയും,നിർവ്വഹണ ദിശാസൂചികകൾ ഉൾപ്പടെ ഇവയുടെ
നടത്തിപ്പിനും നിരീക്ഷണത്തിനും ആവശ്യമായ ചട്ടക്കൂടും പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യും.
“ദേശീയ ഉൽപ്പാദന ദൗത്യം” അഞ്ച് മേഖലകളിൽ ഊന്നൽ
നൽകും, അതായത് ബിസിനസ്സ് ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ലളിതവും ചെലവ്
കുറഞ്ഞതുമായ മാർഗം ; ഭാവിയിലെ ജോലികൾക്കായി ആവശ്യാനുസരണമുള്ള
സജ്ജരായ തൊഴിലാളികൾ; ഊർജ്ജസ്വലവും ചലനാത്മകവുമായ ഒരു MSME മേഖല; സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെ ലഭ്യത; ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ.
ദൗത്യം ക്ലീൻ ടെക് നിർമ്മാണത്തെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുകയും
സോളാർ പിവി സെല്ലുകൾ, ഇവി ബാറ്ററികൾ, മോട്ടോറുകളും കൺട്രോളറുകളും , ഇലക്‌ട്രോലൈസറുകൾ, വിൻഡ് ടർബൈനുകൾ, ഉയർന്ന വോൾട്ടേജ് ട്രാൻസ്മിഷൻ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ, ഗ്രിഡ് സ്‌കെയിൽ ബാറ്ററികൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി ആഭ്യന്തര മൂല്യവർദ്ധനവ്
മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നതായി കേന്ദ്ര ധനമന്ത്രി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
തൊഴിൽ-അധിഷ്‌ഠിത മേഖലകളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്
സർക്കാർ പ്രത്യേക നയവും സുഗമമായ നടപടികളും സ്വീകരിക്കുമെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി
പറഞ്ഞു.
ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പാദരക്ഷ, തുകൽ മേഖലയുടെ
ഉൽപ്പാദനക്ഷമത, ഗുണനിലവാരം, മത്സരക്ഷമത എന്നിവ വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ‘ഫോക്കസ് പ്രൊഡക്റ്റ് സ്കീം’ നടപ്പാക്കുമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. തുകൽ
പാദരക്ഷകൾക്കും ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾക്കുമുള്ള പിന്തുണ കൂടാതെ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള തുകൽ
ഇതര പാദരക്ഷകളുടെ നിർമ്മാണത്തിന് ആവശ്യമായ ഡിസൈൻ കപ്പാസിറ്റി, ഘടക നിർമ്മാണം, യന്ത്രങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെ ഈ പദ്ധതി പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുമെന്ന്
കേന്ദ്ര ധനമന്ത്രി അറിയിച്ചു. ഈ പദ്ധതി 22 ലക്ഷം പേർക്ക് തൊഴിൽ നൽകുകയും 4 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയുടെ വിറ്റുവരവും,1.1 ലക്ഷം കോടി രൂപയിലധികം കയറ്റുമതിയും
നേടുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
ഇന്ത്യയെ കളിപ്പാട്ട നിർമ്മാണത്തിന്റെ ആഗോള
ഹബ്ബാക്കി മാറ്റുന്നതിന് കളിപ്പാട്ട നിർമ്മാണത്തിനായി ദേശീയ കർമ്മ പദ്ധതി
നടപ്പാക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു. ‘മെയ്ഡ് ഇൻ ഇന്ത്യ’ ബ്രാൻഡിനെ
പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിൽ ഉയർന്ന നിലവാരമുള്ളതും അതുല്യവും നൂതനവും
സുസ്ഥിരവുമായ കളിപ്പാട്ട നിർമ്മിതിക്കുള്ള ക്ലസ്റ്ററുകൾ, കഴിവുകൾ, നിർമ്മാണ ആവാസവ്യവസ്ഥ എന്നിവയുടെ വികസനത്തിൽ ഈ പദ്ധതി
ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു.
ഭക്ഷ്യ സംസ്കരണത്തിനുള്ള പിന്തുണയുടെ ഭാഗമായി , ‘പൂർവോദയ’ പദ്ധതിയോടുള്ള സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ പ്രതിബദ്ധത കേന്ദ്ര
ധനമന്ത്രി ആവർത്തിച്ചു. ബീഹാറിൽ നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഫുഡ് ടെക്‌നോളജി, എൻ്റർപ്രണർഷിപ്പ് ആൻഡ് മാനേജ്‌മെൻ്റ് സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രി
