കോട്ടയം: വിഷുവിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചു കുടുംബശ്രീ ജില്ലാ മിഷന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള വിപണനമേള ജില്ലാപഞ്ചായത്ത് അങ്കണത്തിൽ തുടങ്ങി. ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഹേമലത പ്രേംസാഗർ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഏപ്രിൽ 9, 10, 11 തീയതികളിലാണ് മേള. ആദ്യവിൽപന ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി പി.എസ്. ഷിനോയ്ക്ക് പച്ചക്കറി കൈമാറി പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഹേമലത പ്രേംസാഗർ നിർവഹിച്ചു. കോട്ടയത്ത് ആദ്യമായി കുടുംബശ്രീ വാണിജ്യാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കൃഷി ചെയ്ത തണ്ണിമത്തനും 150 ഏക്കറിൽ കൃഷിചെയ്ത കണിവെള്ളരിയുമാണ് ഇത്തവണത്തെ ആകർഷണം.
ജില്ലയിലെ വിവിധ സി.ഡി.എസുകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള സംഘകൃഷി ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളുടെ കാർഷിക ഉത്പന്നങ്ങളും സൂക്ഷ്മസംരംഭകരുടെ തനതുൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുമായ പലഹാരങ്ങൾ, അച്ചാറുകൾ, പൊടികൾ എന്നിവയും മേളയിൽ ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്്. രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 5 മണി വരെയാണ് മേളയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനം.
