2026 മാർച്ച്‌ 31 വരെ നിർത്തി വയ്ക്കണമെന്നും പലിശ രഹിത മോറട്ടോറിയം പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കണമെന്നും കേരള കോൺഗ്രസ്‌ സംസ്ഥാന എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ചെയർമാൻ മോൻസ് ജോസഫ് എം .എൽ .എ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. കേരള കർഷക യൂണിയൻ സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റി യോഗം ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്ത് സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം.

പ്രകൃതി ക്ഷോഭങ്ങളും ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വിലയിടിവും ഉത്പ്പാദന കുറവും മൂലം കർഷകർ ഗുരുതരമായ സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രതിസന്ധിയിൽ പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് എം. എൽ.എ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
വന്യമൃഗം ശല്യം പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് യുദ്ധകാലാ ടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
കാർഷിക മേഖലയിലെ വിവിധ പ്രതിസന്ധികൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിൽ സർക്കാർ ഗുരുതരമായ വീഴ്ചയാണ് വരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അവഗണന തുടർന്നാൽ കേരള കർഷക യൂണിയൻ സംസ്ഥാന കമ്മിറ്റി നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സംസ്ഥാന വ്യാപകമായി സമരങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും മോൻസ് ജോസഫ് കൂട്ടി ചേർത്തു……… ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസത്തിൽ 14 ജില്ലാ യോഗങ്ങളും സെപ്തംബറിൽ നിയോജകമണ്ഡലം യോഗങ്ങളും കൂടുവാനും ഒക്ടോബർ ആദ്യവാരം സംസ്ഥാനപ്രതിനിധി സമ്മേളനം നടത്തുവാനും യോഗം തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
